Redemption Marketing offers three engagement structures. Each is designed for a different stage of the client relationship. Pricing reflects scope, not a promotional rate.
The fees below cover Ryan's time: strategy, vendor oversight, reporting, calls, and decision support. They do not cover media spend, software subscriptions, or specialist execution.
Media spend, agency retainers, and tools are managed within your existing vendor relationships and budget. Those costs are separate from the leadership fee and remain under your direct control throughout the engagement.
A one-time engagement that audits your marketing ecosystem and delivers a prioritized 90-day action plan. Designed for owners who want clarity before committing to an ongoing engagement.
Applicable travel is quoted separately.
The Scout's Report frequently serves as the entry point before a General's Table engagement. It gives both sides the information needed to scope the ongoing relationship accurately.
Embedded marketing leadership, involvement tailored to your scope and stage. Ryan owns the marketing plan, directs your vendors and internal team, and connects spend to business outcomes on an ongoing basis.
Media spend, agency retainers, software subscriptions, and specialist execution are managed within your existing vendor relationships and remain under your direct control. These are not included in or marked up within the leadership fee.
Scope and pricing are confirmed during the discovery call. Engagements vary based on number of vendors, markets, and complexity of the existing marketing infrastructure.
Ongoing strategic counsel following a completed Scout's Report or General's Table engagement. For operators who have built the system and want to keep it sharp without full embedded hours.
The Lookout Post is available exclusively to clients who have completed The Scout's Report or The General's Table. Scope and pricing are confirmed at the time of transition.
The Lookout Post is not an entry point. It is a continuation. Effective advisory work requires a deep understanding of your vendors, data, team, and priorities, built through a prior engagement.
Clients who complete either a Scout's Report or General's Table can inquire about transitioning to an ongoing advisory relationship at that time.
A discovery call is the right first step. Scope and pricing are confirmed based on your specific situation, not a standard package.
